Inspired by 007 title sequences, this promotional video was shot in a studio using a Canon 7D with 8-10 specialized lighting kit shot against a white background draped over a table. By processing the footage through Speedgrade, I was able to finesse my way around the compression inherent in DSLR footage to produce a seamless infinite white space. Speedgrade's 12-way color corrector offers a fast and accurate solution to fine-tune the image's exposure levels subtlety needed for such a highly-compressed codec. Tracking was completed entirely in After Effects using a combination of 2D and 3D tracking methods. After tracking the shots, graphics were integrated into the footage using shape layers, Element 3D, and Plexus.
